Follow these steps
to select assets by defining an enclosed area with four or more vertices.

Open the map view that contains the assets you want to select.

Adjust the magnification of the map, by selecting the
or
.

From the
Select tool, choose
Select by polygon.

Click to add each vertex at the desired position on the map.
For example:

To complete the perimeter, join the current vertex to the first
vertex, by clicking it.
The perimeter
outline disappears, and all assets within the perimeter are identified with a
green pushpin (
), for example:
